Dear Customer of Countywide Recycling and Disposal Facility

On November 19, 2007, the Countywide Recycling and Disposal Facility received a letter from the Stark County Health Department stating that the Health Commissioner, Mr. William Franks, is planning to make a recommendation to the Stark County Board of Health that the facility's operating license be suspended.

Obviously, we are disappointed in the Commissioner's recommendation. We firmly believe that we have met all of the criteria for the renewal of the license. Rest assured that Countywide will pursue all available legal remedies to maintain our current license and secure our 2008 license.

As we work to resolve this issue, we will continue to operate as the area's only fully lined landfill. We appreciate your understanding and your business.

Please contact me if you have any questions or desire additional information.

Sincerely,

Tim Vandersall
General Manager
Countywide Recycling and Disposal Facility
